Hi everyone! Summer has been so much fun, and I can’t believe it’s almost August already! Time flies when you are having fun, that's for sure! Last weekend we went to Bend Oregon for Camp Dwight! It was extremely fun, and our neighbor friend Sophia ended up coming with us too! I am so glad she was able to join, and that she loved it just as much too! She wasn't a follower of Jesus before, so this camp helped her want to be a Christian more and grow closer to God! I am so glad that she is now more open to learning about Him!

I made so many new friends at camp by inviting them to play some volleyball! Because of that simple invite we ended up hanging out all weekend and made sweet memories!
My siblings and I decided to do a talent this year for the talent show! We were supposed to sing You Make Everything Beautiful by For King and Country, but we had a change of plans since another family was singing that exact same song! But we didn't stop there. We decided to sing Fix My Eyes by For King and Country and it was awesome! Just because plans didn’t go exactly as planned, we didn’t give up and trusted in God that he will still make our talent beautiful!

We weren't planning to, but we ended up running in a 5k race (3 miles)! It was hard, but fun! My time was 40 minuets, and at the end my legs, and feet hurt so bad, and my head felt like it was vibrating ha-ha! I am glad that the pain went away though after a little! The people in front of me were encouraging me to keep on going and to not give up, so that definitely helped me get to the end!
The barn dance was my all-time favorite part! I had so much fun with all the boys I danced with! I only danced with 2 main boys because they both asked me 2-3 times! Those are some of the friends I made playing volleyball!

This year I also went on the zip-line with Ezra! I didn't last year because of how long the line was, so I was so glad that it worked out this year!
The pond was also really nice and refreshing! My favorite part was watching all the people do crazy and funny flips off of the dock!
The food was really delicious! We had pancakes, French toast, eggs, and sausage for breakfast, sandwiches and burgers for lunch, and chili and spaghetti for dinner! We also had cookies or ice cream after supper!
We were all really sad when we left because it was so much fun, and it’s hard when you make so many new friends but can only see them once a year. We all can’t wait for next year and are looking forward to seeing all of the friends we made and growing our friendships with them more and more!
Summer has been so much fun, and I can’t wait for all the adventures that are to come! God bless, and…
LOVE YOU!!!

Aww glad you had such a great time at camp! And volleyball always brings friends together. Happy you made more friends!
