You will need:
2½ Tbsp. Unsalted Butter
4 Eggs
1 to 2 Tbsp. Sugar
¼ tsp. Salt
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
½ cup Milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 °F.
Heat 12 inch ovenproof skillet on stovetop at medium heat. Add butter and allow to melt. Tip pan to coat sides. Whisk eggs with sugar and salt in medium bowl. Whisk in All Purpose Flour. Add milk very slowly while whisking, until batter is smooth. Pour batter into prepared heated, buttered skillet and bake for 13 to 16 minutes, or until puffed and dark golden brown. Out into wedges and serve with jam, syrup, or sprinkled with powdered sugar.
