INGREDIANTS:

1 cup pure apple juice
2 to 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup or honey
Up to 1 tablespoon cinnamon extract (optional)
4 tablespoons grass-fed gelatin

FOR APPLE-CINNAMON GUMMIES (SEE VARIATIONS FOR OTHER OPTIONS): In a small saucepan, combine the apple juice and 2 tablespoons of the maple syrup and heat over medium heat until steaming hot but not yet boiling.

REDUCE the heat to the lowest setting and stir in the cinnamon extract if using. Carefully taste the mixture and add more syrup or honey if needed. Whisk in the gelatin, I tablespoon at a time, making sure each tablespoon is fully dissolved in the liquid before adding the next.

ONCE the gelatin is fully dissolved, remove the pan from the heat and use a dropper to fill gummy bear molds. Refrigerate to firm up completely, 10 to 15 minutes if the molds are small, Once the gummies are firm, pop the gummy bears from the molds.
If you have liquid left over after filling the molds, pour it into a small pan and let it harden in the refrigerator to firm up, then cut into
squares. Alternatively, wait until the first gummies set, then gently reheat the mixture over low heat to liquefy, and refill the molds.

STORE the gummy bears in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month. Enjoy!
