Happy Fall Friday! Today is really feeling like fall. It's going to be in the 50s, which I am not used to because of the summer weather! Today I am going to just be cozy and chill! I am going to watch some little house on the prairie and have a nice fall drink while watching it!

WHAT I AM WEARING TODAY:

Today I am wearing some Lulu Lemon black leggings and an oversized sweatshirt.

WHAT I BAKED THIS WEEK:

I really want to master Macarons, so I have been making those lately. Let me say... It has been really hard to get them perfect. It's crazy because when I first made them, they turned out perfectly but now they aren't. Let's talk about beginners' luck lol!

NEW:

I have been loving the Caramel Ribbon Crunch drink from Starbucks that I decided to start making it at home! And oh my gosh... it tasted exactly the same and even better! I made my own caramel which was super easy and just blended milk and ice and vanilla together! Then I topped it off with whipped cream and caramel! SOOO GOOD! I am planning on having that while watching a show today!

It's almost election day for our school and I am getting so so so excited! Me and this other boy have a really good chance of winning! I have been handing out stickers and have a bunch of ideas up my sleeves for next week!

I also got my first debit card! I am loving it!

WHAT GOD HAS TAUGHT ME:

He has taught me to never give up. I have been frustrated with baking the Macarons because they haven't been turning out, but the best things in life are the hardest! My mom reminded me of that, and now I feel so much better.

I hope you all have a cozy week! God bless and....

LOVE YOU!!!!!!!

Your mom is so wise, Saylah! Some of the best things take a lot of work and perseverance! For example, like you said, Macaroons! They are hard to bake, etc. But the end result is usually really worth it!
