ENCOURAGE ONE ANOTHER🧡

~Happy Sunday everyone! This week was a very productive & fun week! Some of you guys know, but I was interviewed on my dad and his friend's podcast! I was so not expecting to be 12 and be on a podcast, so that was definitely a surprise!!! I am so happy I was able to share more about myself, and what I am learning as a 12 year old etc! The weather this week was so AMAZING! The first few days of this week were a bit gloomy + rainy, but I love that weather. Then the weather turned sunny and in the mid 70s! Fall this year is going to be very nice! Lets now get into my week recap!~

What I Did This Week🤍

MONDAY we had a mellow first day of the week! We did school & hung out as a family!

TUESDAY was my mom and dad’s anniversary! They have been married for 14 years! In the morning they read the letters us kids wrote to them, then in the evening they went out to a nice sourdough pizza restaurant for dinner!

WEDNESDAY my mom went to the airport early in the morning to go to California for a funeral. My dad hung out with us all day, because it would be too difficult to take care of all of the kids all day if you know what I mean. Anyway he surprised us by going to a candy shop! After getting a couple of treats we went to a coffee shop to get some food! I got an English muffin with mashed avocado on top! Once my littlest brother went to nap, me and my sister started to do some school! At 3 I got interviewed on the podcast, which was a little scary at first, but then I got the hang of it! Wednesday was a really fun & productive day!

THURSDAY we had more of a chill day with my dad! We stayed at home and played with our neighbor friends, and me and my sis did a bit of school! In the evening, we all went scouting for a good place for my dad to take a photoshoot of a family! While we were looking we saw beautiful fall trees! I love how beautiful our state looks in this breathtaking season! Every Fall season, me and my family drive up the foothills, which overlooks a lot of cities. Once we are up we see a bunch of beautiful fall colored trees! No wonder Boise is called the City Of Trees haha! Late at night, my dad picked up my mom at the airport! I am so glad she made it home safely!

FRIDAY we welcomed our mom home, and I made a Pumpkin Espresso Bread as a welcome home gift! I personally didn't really enjoy the bread. I think I am not a big fan of pumpkin, but everyone else loved it!

SATURDAY we ate breakfast, then went to a flower farm near us! We were able to get some nice family photos, and also get a bouquet of beautiful flowers! I love flowers, so hopefully next year we will be able to have a whole garden of them! in the evening, we went on a nice bike ride on a trail while my dad was taking family photos near by! After my dad was finished, we went home and watched a couple of shows with popcorn!

What I Baked🤍

This week I baked the one and only BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS!

And Like I said earlier I baked a PUMPKIN ESPRESSO BREAD!

This Is Optional:

There is a recipe for making CREAM CHEESE FROSTING (click the Pumpkin Espresso Bread link) to go on top of the bread! It says to use 1 cup of powdered sugar, but I made it healthier by using one cup of coconut sugar instead! All though, I think the powdered sugar would've made the frosting taste better;)

What God Has Taught Me🤍

This week God has shown me how He will always love me! No matter what I do, right or wrong He will always love me! I thought this was so good, because in some moments in life you might feel like no one loves you, but that's not true! God loves you and He always will!

He also has shown me how amazing it is to encourage people! For Instance, what I said above might encourage you or others! I feel like we should all start encouraging people more everyday, because who knows, it might make their day!

Update On Our Mini Farm🤍

Chickens:

The chickens are still consistent on giving us 4-5 eggs a day! I am so grateful that we got pretty good egg laying chickens! All though, there is one chicken that I cannot stand!

Honey (which is now named jumpy) is being very annoying/jumpy! Everyday she has been flying over the chicken wire fence to be in our backyard to roam around when we don't want her to! One day she jumped over the fence 4 times after putting her back in over and over again! We definitely have to clip her wings soon! HAHA!

What I Want To Do This Next Week🤍

I really want to make 6 white coaster within 3 weeks so that everyone in my family could have one!

I also want to make an Apple Cake. I mentioned that I wanted to make that last week, but I made the Pumpkin Bread instead!
