Hello again! What a cold week this week was! The brisk air made it extra cold outside, but I still love winter here in Idaho! Happily, me and my family all are 100% better from our sickness, except now my dad got the sickness, and now he is just resting, and trying to get back to normal! I wish sicknesses didn’t last so long, but instead passed by like that. Oh well, pray we will all get back to normal soon!

WHAT WE DID THIS WEEK:

Monday, we had a Choir in the evening! I am really enjoying the songs we are learning, and I am getting more and more excited for the recital to arrive!

Tuesday me and my sister went to a coffee shop to do our school! I love getting out of the house some days to do school. It helps me enjoy it more sometimes when I am in a different setting.

Wednesday we went to the Capital so that me and Audrey could play some pieces on the piano for the important people who work for our state!  There were also many other homeschoolers there who presented stands they made about history, science etc. Then in the evening I had volleyball practice! I feel like I am really improving in my volleyball skills!

Thursday we went to the library to do school! After that, me and Audrey had a girl hangout downtown! We ate lunch and walked around in some stores! I love hanging out with my sister! It is so much fun to talk and laugh together!

Friday we went to a coffee shop to get some hot cocoas, then we went shopping to get a gift for our friend Annie, since her birthday party is Saturday! Then in the evening we went to the movies to watch the new movie called Migration! It was a really good, and funny movie! I am glad we were able to go to the theaters, because we hadn’t been in a while! I love how buttery the popcorn tastes, and how comfy the chairs are!

Saturday me and Audrey went to Annie’s birthday party! There was a cupcake competition, where you are on a team and you pick out a paper from a bowl, and whatever theme is on that paper, you have to make your cupcake that theme! It was so much fun! That was probably the best birthday party I have ever been to! Then in the evening I had a volleyball tournament! I had so much fun, and even won a couple of games! I did really well with my serves, which gave my team quite a bit of points! I love volleyball so much!

WHAT GOD HAD TAUGHT ME:

This week God has shown me how we should give others grace when they do something wrong, because He does that to us every single day! It feels so good to be forgiven when we do wrong, don't you agree? I think we should always give others another chance, because we are all not perfect, and God continues to forgive and give us grace today!

He also has taught me to not have favoritism, because He made everyone equal! No one is prettier than the other person, or is better than the other person, we are all equal, and if God sees us all like that, we should see others like that too!

WHAT I BAKED:

Since we decorated a bunch of cupcakes at my friend’s birthday party, I didn’t end up baking a dessert, but this next week I will definitely get back into the swing of baking!

NEW:

Surprisingly, our chickens have been continuing with laying eggs for us! We have been getting 2-4 eggs a day, which is rare for most chickens in the winter, since most of them slow down laying eggs in the colder seasons!

My sister is now sharing a room with me again! I am really loving it, because we could talk more at night, and get closer as sisters! Our room looks really aesthetic and cute! I am so glad we had the opportunity to share rooms again!

WHAT I HAVE BEEN WEARING:

Lately I have been wearing what I usually wear, but I found out a really cute hairstyle I think looks very cute on me! It is just a low messy bun, but it kind of has more of a sporty vibe to it, and it stays in for a really long time!

Every day I have been wearing my golden bracelet that a close friend Jasmine gave to me a couple of years ago for my birthday! I love that it has a letter “S” bead on it too!

MY GOALS FOR THIS WEEK:

- To get back to working out (since I have been sick and weak, I haven't had the strength to do it)

- To make Valentine’s Day cards for my friends. This year I feel like I want to make the cover of the card decorated with watercolor paintings! Here are some of the ideas I really liked:

- To bake Pretzel CC Cookies, or a Skillet Cookie

- To learn the song Canon in D on the piano

I hope you all have an awesome week, and a lovely Valentine's Day! God bless, and…

Love you!!!
