Happy Valentines Day!

Hey, you guys and happy Valentines Day! This week me and my family were sick which obviously wasn't fun at all. We just kept it chill this whole week by staying in our beds under our warm blankets, watching movies and going in the Jacuzzi which was nice and soothing to our bodies!


I didn't end up doing much for Valentines Day this year since I was sick, but my dad got some Starbucks for me which made my day! I am so grateful for my dad!


I thought that it would be a good idea to start taking photos of my outfits daily so that at the end of the week when I post I can show you what I wore throughout the week! Stay tuned for that in my next post!


I just checking the votes on what I should post about next, and it looks like a "How I Curl My Hair" vlog is what I am going to be sharing with you guys soon! Stay tuned for that as well!


MY GOALS FOR THIS NEW WEEK:


  • To get back into baking! (I feel like I haven't baked in so long!)


WHAT GOD HAS TAUGHT ME:


This week God has taught me to take care of my body in a good way because it is his temple. We need to treat our body with good things like healthy food, water, and our minds with his word the Bible!


I also think working out is really good too! Not just for looking good, but for getting your body moving and active! I have been trying to do an Ab workout daily (I haven't this week because of sickness), and it makes me feel great!


HOW CAN YOU BECOME HEALTHY?


I used to think that being healthy is hard, and it can be if you do too many things in one day to be healthy. I think that if you do a couple things a day to become the best version of yourself it will be way more enjoyable to be healthy. For instance, eating healthy the whole day but eating a little sweet at the end of the day if you want to, or working out but only for 30 minuets not an hour.
