Hey y’all! I hope you guys had a great week! This week was so nice and definitely felt like fall! We had some crazy Summer storms this week, which is my favorite weather, because of how nice it feels to go outside in the heat, but also have cold rain dripping on you to cool you off! THE BEST. Let's get into my week recap!
What I Did This Week:
Monday I got a cute back to school haircut! I wanted my hair to be styled like how Amanda Bynes’ looked! For a few days I didn’t like how my hair looked, but then I got used to it, and now I love my hair! Although, next time I am not going to cut it as short as I did, since I love doing hairstyles on myself. We also had our first day of Choir which was fun!

Tuesday I went birthday shopping for my sis, bro, and dad! After that we went back to school shopping, which is my favorite thing to do in the school season!
Wednesday I had guitar practice! I am learning how to play “Fix My Eyes” by: FOR KING AND COUNTRY! After that, we went to our friends house for lunch! I also made a delicious dessert called “Cornuletse”! It's a Romanian dessert. (thats why the name looks + sounds funny)
Thursday my parents surprised us by going out for breakfast! I got waffles, eggs, and bacon! And for my drink (and all of my siblings drinks) we got: Hot cocoa with whipped cream and sprinkles on top! SO DELICIOUS!
Friday we went on a nature walk with our friends! I was so nice exploring God’s beautiful nature! We also had our last day of Bible Study for the Summer, since school is starting! In the evening we had a fun pizza + movie night with the same friends we had a nature walk with!

Saturday was my dad’s birthday! He truly is the best dad I could ever have. I am so grateful for him! He made a tradition where every year when it's his birthday he gives us gifts! This year my dad’s gift to us was taking us to the jump park!!
Sunday we had church at our house! I played 10,000 Reasons on the guitar!
What God Has Taught Me:
God has taught me to put others first in everything. My dad taught us about the word joy and what it meant. A lot of us probably think that you have joy when someone makes you happy etc. and that's true! But my dad told us that joy also comes from giving to others, putting others first etc. The word JOY stand for putting:
J = Jesus first
O = Others second
Y = Yourself last
Putting others first will give you Joy and will make you + God happy!
What I Baked:
This week I made a Tiramisu Cake! This cake is so delicious and is super easy to make! I followed the instructions from this Video! Check it out!
Update On Our Mini Farm:
Chickens:
Our chickens are doing well! We are getting at least 3 eggs everyday! I am thankful for that;)
Garden:
Our garden is doing great! We are getting a bunch of veggies! Thank God!
New:
This week I made tons of No Sew Fabric Bows! This craft is just so much fun + easy! Checkout this Video for the directions!

In choir we are learning how to sing the song “Castaways” from an old show (I forgot the name hehe). I am so thrilled to be able to get singing classes! I love musical stuff, so I think I am going to enjoy choir for the rest of this year, and the new year to come!
Last Sunday, one of my mom’s friends from church mentioned a Christian Based Library not too far from where we live! A few days ago we checked it out and it was so nice! Literally everything in that library was clean and christian related! I am so thankful to have something like that in our community!
My mom also made sourdough breads for our friends who just had babies! She made the breads with a heart design on it!

I hope you will have a great week! Stay tuned for next week’s blog post! God bless and…

LOVE YOU!
