Hello everyone and welcome back! 2 weeks ago me and my family road tripped to California for my Aunt Adina’s baby shower, and Thanksgiving! (That is the reason I haven't posted a blog post in a while). We had a wonderful time seeing close ones and family, and I am so glad that we were able to spend Thanksgiving with them too! This past week has definitely felt like winter! We also got some snow this week, which I am really glad about since I love how beautiful it looks and how it makes our neighborhood & city look like a magical winter wonderland! (Also you will see that the main subject + link colors are more christmassy themed! AKA. green & red)
WHAT WE DID THIS WEEK:
MONDAY we did school at our city’s public library! There are some private working rooms at the library, so I ended up doing my school in one of those!
TUESDAY we did homeschool, then my mom painted my nails evergreen, and gold! Since it was Cyber Monday when I got them, I got a pack of 10 nail polishes for only 10 dollars
WEDNESDAY we went to the Christian library we usually go to on Wednesdays to do school, then once it was lunch time we ate Chick-Fil-A!
THURSDAY in the evening, spontaneously our close friends the Beeler’s came over for dinner and a movie (Home Alone 2). And happily that night we got some flurries of snow!
FRIDAY I woke up to seeing white snow all over the grass and trees! I prayed to God that that would happen, and I am so glad it did! In the late morning, we went to a nearby trail as a field trip with close friends! It was such a pretty walk with all the snow everywhere! In the evening we went to our friends the Sabau’s house for a pizza night! Once we finished eating pizza, my parents, me, and Audrey went on an AMAZING parent + daughter date! Me and Audrey thought we were going to the Mall, but instead our parents surprised us as an early Christmas present by going to a FOR KING AND COUNTRY CONCERT!!!! The concert we went to is definitely an experience I will never forget! Love you Mommy and Daddy! You guys are the best! Today was one of the funnest days I have ever had!

SATURDAY me and my family went to the mall (since we didn't the day before lol), and then had soup and salad at Olive Garden! After that me, my mom, Audrey, and Valor went into Target to get some Christmas gifts! Once we left the store, we went to our city’s Country Christmas, where our city’s Christmas tree gets lit up! We also walked around the farmer’s market and into a couple of stores with a warm hot chocolate in our hands! I seriously love this time of year!

WHAT I BAKED:
This week me and my siblings baked Christmas Sugar Cookies! These cookies were so delicious, and for sure are a dessert I will bake again! I recommend making these! They are super easy to make too!

WHAT GOD HAS TAUGHT ME:
This week I felt like I had more of a helping heart. I felt like I wanted to do others chores, or wanted to work more for others not because I had to, but because I wanted to! I am thankful that God has shown me how amazing it feels to do things for others with a happy helping heart!
GOALS FOR THIS NEW WEEK:
Complete at least one of the goals for My Winter Bucket-List
Rap more Christmas gifts for my family
NEW:
This past week I have been putting on Christmas music in my room to set more of the holiday mood. It honestly makes my room feel more cozy, and I love hearing the sound of music when I open the door to the room!🎵❄️
I also did some Christmas shopping for my family this week! I love giving gifts to my fam, and seeing their reaction when they open the gift, so I am excited to see how my parents & siblings like them🛍️!
I hope you all have an amazing new week! Please subscribe, and stay tuned for next week’s post! God bless, and…
