The Farm Life

Happy Friday! I feel like this week has gone by so quickly! We had a lot of thunderstorms, which was great for the grass and plants! I just love stormy summer days. This week we got new hens! I can't wait to learn more about how to take care of them everyday! Happily, I got to choose one of my own! Her name is Star. She really is the star of the show, haha! The hens also laid 11 eggs the first day we got them! Woohoo!

My Week Recap:

My favorite outfit this week was wearing a plain white tee and jean shorts! This outfit just goes so good together! I will definitely wear it again! Try this outfit on yourself!

What I Baked:

I baked Old-School Peanut-Butter Bars! These bars were so delicious!

I also baked Gluten Free Lemon Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting! It didn't turn out the way that I expected, but the flavor was still delicious. I'll have to try it again sometime soon. Failure isn't always a bad thing. Sometimes it teaches you what you need to do differently next time.

What God Has Taught Me This Week:

He taught me to be Strong and Courageous {Joshua 1:9} because through times of fear and trouble God will always be there for you! Believe in the Lord and He will guide your steps! The reason this verse stood out to me this week is because, we heard about some dangerous things happen in our neighborhood, which honestly got me frightened! God will always there beside you when you walk, drive, or even are in your cozy home! This really brought my fears down, and has also given me more of a friendship with GOD!

Me and my family just found out another one of my Aunts is going to have a baby boy! I am so excited to have another cousin in the group!

My family is also now watching a new show! It's called “Home Improvement ''. Honestly the first episode I watched In my opinion wasn't that interesting, but once I watching more episodes I started liking it more and more! My dad also watched it in his childhood, so it is nice to watch shows that were also watched by my parents a while back!

This week me and my sister made my room look more organized! Now when I am in my room it feels more fresh and clean!

My Summer Bucket List:

This Summer I want to do a bunch of water stuff, like:

Roaring Springs Waterpark

Jump/Swing into the river

Go to our friends' pool etc.

I also would also love to do other activities and adventures:

Camp in the Backyard

Go to a Summer Camp

Visit my aunt’s {from Oregon} baby

Bake/make summer desserts

Have a lemonade Stand

Have a bake Sale

Grow closer with our neighbors
