The Truth

Happy Father’s Day! It's already the end of the week! Wow, I felt like it went by so quickly! And it’s already almost half way through the year! This week was so nice, the weather had quite a bit of crazy spring storms that I have never seen before, but we also had perfect warm days! I LOVE spring! But I definitely feel the Summer vibe coming! The sunset is now around nine-thirty pm, and it is fully dark around ten! Me and my family have been outside more and more everyday!

This Week I Baked:

Sourdough thumb-print cookies! These cookies were honestly one of the best I have ever made!

Since it’s almost summer I baked a Strawberry Cake. This cake was very fragile, so the cake cracked. But I improvised and made it still taste and look good!

What God Has Taught Me:

As Christians God wants us to stand up for the TRUTH. Even if it might be awkward, you still should do the right thing that He would want you to do! Be a light in this dark world, and God will be very pleased, and will reward you in Heaven! I have some friends that are non-believers, they sometimes ask us if something is bad or not, and even though it's hard I need to tell them the truth on what I believe. It might hurt their feelings, but at least we made God proud!

My Favorite Outfit Of The Week:

This week I wore a dress! This one was my favorite:

Wearing dresses to special places is so sweet! Especially now that it's getting hotter! The shoes I wore with this dress were converse and vans!

What We Did This Week:

This Thursday we went on a trail walk with a friend! The trails here in Idaho are so beautiful in the Spring! I also hung out with one of my friends, which was sweet reconnecting with her!

Friday our neighbor friends came over for a BBQ! We ate delicious burgers, and corn! We also played a game called "Family"!

Saturday We went to the farmers market! I got some cute water bottle stickers! One of them was an Idaho state sticker, and the other was a flower plant! We also gave our dad an early Father’s Day gift! I am so grateful to have a dad like the one I have.
