Hi! Welcome back to my blog (week 3)š! I am thrilled to share what God has taught me in the past 7 days, the new treat I baked, and moreš!
What God Has Taught Me:
As you know, I do a homeschool co-op on Tuesdays, and in a few weeks I am dressing up as someone that was important in the middle ages for that co-op! I chose to be Eleanor of Aquitaine. The task that I had to do this week was to write a five paragraph essay of Eleanor. So I did, but I wanted there to be a famous quote by her in the essay. So I searched one up, and one caught my eye, it said: āTrees are not known by their leaves, nor even by their blossoms, but by their fruits.ā Basically what this means is that we are known by our fruits (actions) not how we look on the outside, but on the inside. So if we show good actions like the fruit of the spirit, people will know that we are āgood peopleā. But if we do the opposite we will be known as ānot that good people.ā And I thought that was a really good lesson! I hope that encourages youš!
What I Bakedš°š«:
This week I baked Lava Cakes! I love chocolate, and if you do too, you have to try them out! Click here to see my recipe!
What I achieved this week:
As you guys know I play volleyball. And on Wednesdays I do volleyball practiceš. Before I wasnāt that good at hitting the volleyball over the net. But this week at volleyball practice I prayed to God that I would do better, and then I did so good at hitting the ball over the net! I am so happy that now I could do it! So whenever you are struggling with something ask God to help you!š
I hope you guys loved this weeks blog, and that it encourages you! Have a great week, and I will see you guys next timeš«¶š»š!
