WHAT A WEEK

Hi! Saylah here! What a week. I cannot believe all that happened! This week we got new floors in our house. We asked the workers to make the floors as white as possible and guess what color we ended up getting?! Rose gold. I cannot believe we got a pinkish color instead of white. Me and my family were and are so amazed at what happened. We are getting our stairs redone because they are the pinkest, but the rest of the floors are fine. they are not what we have always wanted, but they are not horrible either.

ON THE OTHER HAND...

We went to an awesome TobyMac concert Friday night! The fun music and dancing definitely made me keep my mind of our pink floors! And surprisingly a lot of our friends ended up going to the concert too! Happily, some of our friends saved us spots next to them to fit our whole family, and guess where they were sitting? About 5-10 rows away from the stage! What a treat! This night is definitely one dream come true I will remember forever! I had so much fun, and I can't wait to go to another one of his concerts again!

WHAT I BAKED:

This week, we slept over the Sabau's house, because of our floors. While we were there, I baked delicious Chocolate Chip Cookies! These cookies never go wrong, and I seriously will love them forever.

Oh yeah, and my sister also made Chocolate Chip Cookies, but with sourdough in them! Yum, they were bomb!

WHAT GOD HAS TAUGHT ME:

A few weeks ago, I made a bracelet that has the letters W.W.J.D on it. The letters stand for What Would Jesus Do. Whenever I look at my wrist, I always see those letters, which reminds me to act like Jesus would in all my situations!

NEW:

Lately I have been having a habit for painting with watercolor! Yesterday I painted a chart of herbs for our kitchen, and it looks actually really good! Today after I finish typing this blog post, I am planning on painting another thing, maybe for our living room!

Sadly, one of our chicks died from the cold. one of the workers for our floors turned of our heater, because he was probably hot from working, which made our chicks really cold. That was another thing that made our week a crazy one.

The weather in Idaho right now feels like Spring! This Winter has been soo different from the past years, and I personally love it! Spring weather is the best!
